Ready in 3-5 minutes
Note: If you're preparing a noodle soup and want a thicker broth, you can prepare these noodles directly in the broth itself. The soup will have a much thicker consistency. If using this method, be careful it will be REALLY HOT.
- Bring a pot with water to a rolling boil.
- Bring a large pot with 8 - 10 cups of water to a rolling boil. Use a large enough pot so it doesn't boil over.
- Boil frozen noodles in water. Gently stir the noodles to break apart the noodle nest. The frozen noodles may take a while to separate.
- Boil to desired done-ness (see guide above). We do not recommend cooking beyond 6 minutes.
OPTIONAL: For an even chewier noodle, rinse the noodles under cold water to stop the cooking.
Soup Powders
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Stir in the seasoning powder in the boiling water to dissolve.
- Pour over your cooked noodles and enjoy!
Frozen Soups
Defrost the soup
You can defrost your soup in the refrigerator or in the microwave.
To defrost in your microwave, remove the top of the soup container and place the container on a plate before placing in the microwave. Defrost according to your microwave manufacturer's instructions.
After defrosting, you are ready to proceed to the next step.
Note: After defrosting the soup, please consume within 3 days.
Microwave Method
- Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring half way through. Ensure you heat the soup to 165F. Caution contents will be hot!
- Pour the hot soup over the noodles in your serving bowl.
- Add the included toppings at the very end.
Stovetop Method
- Rinse the container under water to loosen the soup.
- Dump the soup into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Pour the hot soup over the noodles in your serving bowl.
- Add the included toppings at the very end.
