
How to prepare Semi-Dry "Instant" Noodles

- Large Stock Pot (holds 8-12 cups of water)
- Something to stir with like chopsticks
- Ladle
- Ramen Bowls

Ready in 3-6 minutes
NOODLES
- Bring a large pot with at least 10–12 cups of unsalted water to a rolling boil.
- Cook any meats and veggies in the boiling water first, then set aside before cooking noodles.
- Drop in semi-dry "instant" noodles and stir thoroughly until they separate. Boil to your desired doneness.
- Check your soup packet for how much cooking water to transfer to your serving bowl.
- Drain noodles and set aside while you make the soup.
Soup Powder
- Pour the soup powder into your bowl.
- Transfer noodle cooking liquid to your bowl and stir to dissolve. For noodle soup, use 2 cups of cooking liquid. For Stir Fried noodles,use 4-8 tablespoons of cooking liquid.
Pro Tip: If you think the soup is too spicy, add some coconut milk, dairy, or mayo to the broth to add richness and tame the spice.
