3.0 Rulebreaker Noods

Ready in 3-6 minutes

NOODLES - Cook like pasta. Slurp like ramen.

  1. Bring a large pot with at least 10–12 cups of unsalted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Cook any meats and veggies in the boiling water first, then set aside before cooking noodles.
  3. Drop in KYUNU chef crafted noodles and stir thoroughly until they separate. Boil to your desired doneness.
  4. Check your soup packet for how much cooking water to transfer to your serving bowl.
  5. Drain noodles and set aside while you make the soup.

Soup Powder

  1. Pour the soup powder into your bowl.
  2. Transfer noodle cooking liquid to your bowl and stir to dissolve. For noodle soup, use 1.5-2 cups of cooking liquid. For Stir Fried noodles, use 6-10 tablespoons of cooking liquid.

Pro Tip: If you think the soup is too spicy, add some coconut milk, dairy, or mayo to the broth to add richness and tame the spice.

Re-heating & Meal Prep Instructions

Still delightfull bouncy after reheating with the microwave

These noodles are delicious in cold applications, similar to soba. If you are meal prepping a hot dish, use the instructions below.

If saving leftovers or meal prepping, do not let noodles sit for longer than 1 hour before meal prepping.

Choose how to store your noodles:

  • With soup or sauce in the same container - noodles will continue to absorb flavor.
  • Store noodles separately - coat noodles in a tiny amount of neutral oil to prevent sticking

Then refrigerate or freeze.

Cooking From Refrigerated

If refrigerating, consume noodles within 2-3 days.

1. When ready to eat, add noodles to soup or sauce if using.

2. Re-heat uncovered in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Stir halfway through for more even heating. Ensure noodles and soup reach at least 165F before eating.

3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Cooking From Frozen

1. Thaw noodles in the refrigerator or microwave.

2. Then cook following the cooking from refrigerated instructions.
