How to prepare Semi-Dry "Instant" Noodles

  • Large Stock Pot (holds 8-12 cups of water)
  • Something to stir with like chopsticks
  • Ladle
  • Ramen Bowls

Ready in 3-6 minutes

NOODLES

  1. Bring a large pot with at least 10–12 cups of unsalted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Cook any meats and veggies in the boiling water first, then set aside before cooking noodles.
  3. Drop in semi-dry "instant" noodles and stir thoroughly until they separate. Boil to your desired doneness.
  4. Check your soup packet for how much cooking water to transfer to your serving bowl.
  5. Drain noodles and set aside while you make the soup.

Soup Powder

  1. Pour the soup powder into your bowl.
  2. Transfer noodle cooking liquid to your bowl and stir to dissolve. For noodle soup, use 2 cups of cooking liquid. For Stir Fried noodles,use 4-8 tablespoons of cooking liquid.

Pro Tip: If you think the soup is too spicy, add some coconut milk, dairy, or mayo to the broth to add richness and tame the spice.
