  3. Put your frozen noods into a noodle strainer if using and then submerge in water. If not using a noodle strainer, then put noodles directly in water and gently stir.
  4. Boil for 1.5-2 minutes or until there are no more frozen clumps. Do not overcook.
  5. Immediately transfer the noodles to the ice bath. Gently stir and agitate the noodles to remove excess starch.

  7. Now you are ready to use the noodles in a variety of dishes, including our noodle kits.

Noodle Kit Soup Bases

Ready in 7 minutes

Defrost the soup

You can defrost your soup in the refrigerator or in the microwave.

To defrost in your microwave, remove the top of the soup container and place the container on a plate before placing in the microwave. Defrost according to your microwave manufacturer's instructions.

After defrosting, you are ready to proceed to the next step.

Cooking with Microwave:

  1. Microwave on high for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, stirring half way through. Let stand in the microwave for 1 minute. Caution: contents will be hot.
  2. Places the Rulebreaker Noods into the soup, add the toppings in the box and any additional toppings you may want.
  3. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking on stovetop:

  1. Put the defrosted soup into the 1-1.5 quart saucepan and cover.
  2. Set to medium low heat, and allow the soup to come to a boil.
  3. Add any additional vegetables or proteins you'd like.
  4. Once the soup has boiled for 15 seconds and your toppings are cooked, it's ready to serve.
  5. Add the toppings provided, and serve.

Notes:

  • Your soup base can be defrosted in the fridge the night before or you can cook from frozen. If defrosting, skip to step 4.
  • Once defrosted, do not re-freeze. Defrosted soup should be consumed within 2-3 days.
  • You can prepare the noodles in the microwave or on the stovetop. If cooking on the stove top, we recommend defrosting in advance.
