This role supports daily production by keeping work moving smoothly across drying, seasoning, and packaging. You’ll follow clear processes, help maintain high standards on the floor, and flag issues early so the team can stay focused and consistent as we grow.
This role is part time and must be on site in Las Vegas, NV. You must have a valid food handler's card.
Creative Content Intern
Most internships teach you how to fetch coffee. This one gives you a chance to help build a brand before the world knows its name.
This role is perfect for the aspiring film or video editor who is obsessed with reality TV and editing for dramatic story. You will produce an iconic short-form web series document our entrepreneurial journey. Think Selling Sunset, but in the high stakes world of food manufacturing for emerging brands. We want to build a universe of characters and our challenges in building this brand. Think: Mid Day Squares, Meadow Lane, and more.

Trade Show Brand ambassador
Are you a foodie who loves sharing about your favorite products? This role is for you! Represent the brand at the biggest trade shows in consumer packaged goods, where you will serve samples to thousands of grocery buyers, service industry buyers, press, and more. Plus, you will be able to walk to trade show floor and sample some of the best new products in the industry.
This is a contract position for the Fancy Foods Winter Faire in San Diego, CA running from January 10 - January 13, 2026.
Kitchen Assistant / Production line Operator
Love making things with your hands? This role is for you! We are looking for consistent, responsible, and high energy staff to join our production team. In this role, you'll be making and packaging our products first hand on our growing production line.
You must have an active food handler's card and have a reliable way to get to our kitchen in North Las Vegas. Those who are available for consistent shifts will be prioritized.
