Stovetop Instructions

Ready in 3-6 minutes

  3. Transfer 1.5-2 cups of the noodle cooking liquid into your bowl with the included soup powder and stir to dissolve. Then transfer noodles and serve immediately.

Re-heating & Meal Prep

Still delightfully bouncy after reheating in the microwave

KYUNU chef crafted noodles reheat really well, making them great for meal prep! They are great as cold dipping noodles or in noodle salads. The instructions below are for enjoying your meal prep as a hot noodle dish with a soup or sauce. Consume the noodles within 2-3 days.

1. Your choice for how to store the noodles:

  • With the soup or sauce - noodles will absorb more flavor
  • Separate from soup or sauce - coat the noodles in neutral oil to prevent sticking

2. Re-heat the noodles un-covered in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until food reaches a minimum of 165F. Microwave times may vary. Serve immediately.
