Shipping, Ordering, and Storage FAQ
In this page, you will find answers to common questions about shipping and ordering KYUNU products.
How many servings are in a package?
Technically two — but practically, it depends on how you're eating.
Each package makes about 1.5 cups of cooked noodles. That's enough for two solid bowls when you're loading up with toppings, broth, or protein. Or one very satisfying XL meal if you're eating it all yourself. No judgment—we often eat the whole thing ourselves too.
What is the shelf life?
12 months — just store them in your pantry. No refrigeration needed.
Where can I buy KYUNU noodles?
KYUNU ships nationwide! Simply order on our website and select the shipping option best for you.
KYUNU is also available at artisan food stores across the United States. Check out the Where To Find Us page to locate a store near you. If you don't see your favorite store yet, request us by name. You can show them our Wholesale page as well.
How much does KYUNU cost per serving?
About $5.50 per serving — a bag is $11 and makes two — or even less if you buy a bundle. The 3-pack bestseller bundle brings it down to $5.00 per serving, a fraction of what a bowl of ramen costs at a restaurant, and you're getting 30g of protein and 15g of fiber in every bag.
Is there a subscription or subscribe & save option?
Yes — and it's worth more than just the discount. Subscribe & save means you never run out mid-week, your order ships on a predictable schedule, and subscribers get priority when we're fulfilling orders. Savings scale with the quantity and frequency you choose on top of that.
What’s the shipping time and cost?
Under $30, you pick your shipping speed at checkout and pay the actual carrier rate. At $30 or more, flat-rate shipping kicks in — there are three tiers based on order value, and each one is priced below what we actually pay the carrier, so the bigger the order, the more of the shipping cost we're absorbing.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we don’t ship internationally yet. KYUNU is only available in the contiguous United States.
What’s your return/refund policy?
We want to make it right — if something's off with your order, email us at hello@eatkyunu.com and we'll take care of it.
How do I know if my noodles have gone bad?
Since KYUNU is air-dried and shelf-stable for 12 months. Check the Best By date on the back of the package. Our noodles are lower-risk than fresh noodles, but the usual dried-food signs still apply: check for any off smell, visible mold, or discoloration, and make sure the packaging is still sealed — a torn or punctured bag can let moisture in and shorten shelf life. Note: part of our production process includes dusting potato starch on the noodles, so you may see a white powder on the noodles when you open the package. If the new package of noodles feel damp or sticky instead of dry, or anything looks off, don't risk it — toss it and email us at hello@eatkyunu.com.
Can I store KYUNU after opening the package?
Cook the whole package at once rather than saving half dry — once it's opened, cook it as soon as possible. After cooking, refrigerate and eat within 2-3 days, or freeze leftovers and reheat when you're ready to eat.
