No, KYUNU's Artisan Chuka Soba Style Noodles are not designed to be instant noodles, even if they do cook in 3 minutes. Our noodles are designed to be a pantry staple and a base you build on to create a balanced meal. They are a convenient way to add protein and fiber to your meal.

Oh wow. The flavor is of real, authentic Asian food - not comparable to any instant type noodle I've ever had. It was also unbelievable easy to create a healthy meal. I threw in some bok choy and carrots with the noodles to boil for 3 minutes - voila. Might hoard the rest of these from my bf...or we could just buy more.
I love how I didn't need to slice lots of veggies and spices to make this. This bowl is just so comforting and full of flavor! The noodles is so bouncy. It's an incredible experience at home.

Love the texture of the noodles and the flavor of the soup base. The soup base is not overly salty.
Cooked the noodles and added beef with greens. Delicious, guilt-free, no-bloat, and high protein noodles. Very low carbs. This goes well with my nuitrition goals. I love it!
Definitely going to stock up on these! The noodle texture is chewy and the flavor of the noodles is beautiful. First thing I thought pulling them out of the packaging…the smell which smelled to me like a blend of the traditional HK egg noodle, soba noodles and Taiwanese flour noodles. Just from that you can tell that they use high quality ingredients to make the noodles. The soup base was also really nice. Actually tastes like yum yum. Very flavorful and contains actual Makrut! Higher in sodium but you can also adjust that on your own. If you wanted to make it a tom kha you could totally add coconut milk to your soup too!

This is delicious. It is not as easy to make as ramen (you may not be able to make it in your dorm room), but it is not hard to make- it just takes a few more things to make it like: liquid measuring cup, ladle, large pot, strainer. Noodle consistency is perfect, protein level is amazing. One bag is the amount of two pouches of ramen - easily split with someone or saved for tomorrow.
